3D打印技术在气缸盖铸件生产上的应用

         

摘要

介绍了气缸盖的铸件结构及技术要求,并对铸件结构及工艺性进行分析,采取了以下铸造工艺:(1)采用开放式浇注系统,阻流截面位于直浇道底部;(2)利用3D打印技术,打印3块砂芯,#1芯主要做出浇注系统,#2芯将进气道芯、排气道芯、下水腔芯、上水腔芯、后水腔芯等合并为一个3D打印砂芯,#3芯主要做出铸件顶部结构及型腔出气结构,这样可以避免下芯工序,使操作简化;(3)原砂粒度为50/100目,采用高渗透性Al-Si系涂料打底,局部易出现脉纹的地方补刷水基锆英粉涂料.生产结果显示:按照上述工艺生产的铸件外观良好,尺寸精度达到CT9级,符合技术要求.%The cylinder head casting structure and technical requirements were introduced.The casting structure and processability were analyzed.The casting process was settled as follows:(1)Open type system was used and the choke section was located at the bottom of the sprue.(2)3D printing technology was used to print 3 sand cores.The first one was casting system mainly.The second one was a combination of air inlet core,exhaust core,upstream chamber core,downstream chamber core and rear water cavity core merged into a 3D printed sand core.The last one was the cast structure and the main cavity to make the outlet structure.The core setting process could be avoid to simplify the operation.(3)The sand particle size was 50/100 mesh.High permeability Al-Si-based paint was set as primer and water-based zircon powder coating was added at the place where appear veins.Production results showed that:castings produced in accordance with the above process had good appearance,the dimensional accuracy reached CT9 level which was in line with technical requirements.
