19氰戊·三唑磷乳油的气相色谱分析方法

摘要

A GC method was developed for quantitative determination of fenvalerate+triazophos 19% EC with dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard, using HP-5 capillary column and FID. The results showed that the linear coefficients of triazophos and fenvalerate were 0.998 3 and 0.998 5, the standard deviations were 0.20 and 0.13, the variation coefficients were 1.36%and 2.81%, the average recoveries were 99.46%and 99.23%, respectively.%建立一种同时测定三唑磷和氰戊菊酯的气相色谱分析方法，以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标，使用HP-5毛细管柱及氢火焰离子化检测器。结果表明：三唑磷和氰戊菊酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9983和0.9985，标准偏差为0.20和0.13，变异系数为1.36%和2.81%，平均添加回收率为99.46%和99.23%。
