苯噻酰草胺原药中杂质2-巯基苯并噻唑分析方法研究

摘要

建立了测定苯噻酰草胺原药中杂质2-巯基苯并噻唑的高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C8不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器.方法的线性相关系数为0.9977,平均回收率为99.8%,变异系数为4.85%.方法简单,易操作,可以满足原药生产的过程控制和最终产品的质量检验要求.%A method for determination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in mefenacet TC was established by HPLC. The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile and H3PO4 aqueous solution, the chromatographic column was ZORBAX SB-C8 column, the wavelength was 324 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9977, the average recovery was 99.8%, the variation coefficient was 4.85%.
