15％阿维·螺虫悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相,选用ZORBAX SB-C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,对15％阿维·螺虫悬浮剂中有效成分进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,阿维菌素和螺虫乙酯标准偏差分别为0.084和0.180,变异系数分别为2.69％和1.46％,平均回收率分别为99.58％和99.72％.该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定阿维菌素和螺虫乙酯含量.%A method for separation and quantitative analysis of abamectin + spirotetramat 15％ SC was described by HPLC,using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase,on ZORBAX SB C18 column and UV detector.The results showed that the standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery of abamectin were 0.084,2.69％,99.58％.The standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery of spirotetramat were 0.180,1.46％,99.72％,respectively.The method was simple,convenient,and had good separating effect,high precision and accuracy.It could be used in simultaneous determination of abamectin and spirotetramat.
