以异育银鲫中科3号作母本，建鲤作父本，在室内人工催产，人工授精，孵化出异育银鲫中科3号子代，经过人工繁殖及养殖研究，结果表明，水温18.2℃，亲鱼催产率74.2%，受精率63.5%，孵化率83.6%；水温21.5℃，亲鱼催产率95.8%，受精率86.2%，孵化率85.2%。鱼种阶段主养，产量16020.8 kg/hm2，其中异育银鲫中科3号产量12309.6 kg/hm2，占总产量的76.8%，平均规格89.2 g。%Carassius auratus gibelio′CASⅢ′had be used as the female parent ,and jian carp used as male parent ,then artificial spawning and artificial insemination indoors,hatched the offspring of Carassius auratus gibelio′CASⅢ′. Through the experiment of artificial breeding and propagation , all the parameters were as follows ,under the water temperature of 18.2 ℃,the induced spawning rate of parent fish was 74.2%,the fertility rate was 63.5%,the hatching rate was 83.6%.And the induced spawning rate of parent fish was 95.8%,the fertility rate was 86.2%,the hatching rate was 85.2%, under the water temperature of 21.5℃.The main breeding of fingerling stage was Carassius auratus gibelio′CASⅢ′,the production was 12 309.6 kg/hm2, accounted for the total output 16 020.8 kg/hm2 of 76.8%,the average weight was 89.2 g.
