贵州薏苡黑穗病的发病情况及其病原菌的分离鉴定

摘要

For controlling job’s-tears smut,improving the quality and yield of Coix lacryma-jobi L.,surveyed morbidity of job’s-tears smut,obtained job’s-tears smut by tissue separation,and analyzed the bacteria in combiation with morphological description,ITS sequence alignment.The results showed that occurrence situation of job’s-tears was different among different varieties (or lines)of Coix lacryma-jobi L.,the same varieties in different regions also had different diseased resistance.In addition,we identified the pathogen of job’s-tears was Ustilago coicis Brefeld combined with morphological characteristics with molecular biology methods.%为有效防治薏苡黑穗病，提高薏苡的质量和产量，通过抽样调查薏苡黑穗病的发病情况，并采用组织分离法分离得到薏苡黑穗病病原菌，结合形态学描述、ITS序列比对分析该菌。结果表明：薏苡不同品种(系)之间的感病情况存在差异，同一品种在不同区域的耐病性也不尽相同。此外，结合形态特征和分子生物学方法鉴定得到该病原菌为薏苡黑粉菌。
