跨运营商以太网专线互通测试方案探讨

Based on the analysis of two typical scenes that domestic and overseas telecommunication operators tackle the intercommunication of global Ethernet lines, the technical requirements of Ethernet line intercommunication between different operators are discussed. The test scheme of the intercommunication between different operators is introduced in detail in order to ensure service and its circuit are normally open.%通过分析我国电信运营商在与海外运营商进行全球以太网专线互通时所面临的两种典型场景，对跨运营商以太网专线互联时所面临的技术协商要求进行了探讨，并详细介绍了相应的跨运营商互联测试方案，以保证业务电路的正常开通和业务提供。
