高端客户对网络质量的感知决定移动4G品牌形象，对于运营商的竞争力和市场发展举足轻重。基于4G工程模式进行深入挖掘，开发4G手机感知分析软件系统，与APP和云平台数据管理相结合，完成商务终端信号测试功能，可深入了解用户在使用4G手机的信号和质量感知，从而反映深层次的网络问题，有力地指导精细网络优化工作的开展。%The perception of high-end customers to network quality determines the brand image of Mobile 4G and it is significant to the competitiveness and market of operators. Based on the deep analysis on 4G engineering mode, a 4G terminal perception analysis software system was developed, which is combined with APP and cloud platform data to detect the signal of commercial terminal. The system is able to acquire the signal and quality perception of user’s 4G terminal to reflect in-depth network situation and powerfully guide the deployment of fine network optimization.
