基于FAHP的运营管理系统业务健康度综合评价模型研究

摘要

Based on evaluation models and corresponding algorithms of service health degree in the operation management system of service supporting network, a relatively perfect and clear comprehensive evaluation model of service health degree was proposed in this paper. In the model, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method was adopted to determine the weight coefficient of different indicators’ layers. Combined with key performance indicators of the practical system, the service’s overall health degree can be calculated and different indicators can be deduced to find out the root to affect service health degree.%基于对业务支撑网运营管理系统中业务健康度管理的评价模型和评估算法的研究，提出了相对完善、算法清晰的业务健康度综合评价模型。该模型采用模糊层次分析法根据业务特征确定各指标所在层的权重系数，并利用模糊综合评价模型结合实际系统关键性能指标值计算业务总体健康度并逐层回溯到各层指标，找出影响业务健康度的根源。
