一种基于定容内弹道的自适应底座试验技术

         

摘要

自适应底座是导弹弹射过程中发射筒的主要承压及传载部件.全药量弹射动力装置的发射筒自适应底座试验花费较大的人力、物力与财力.因此,提出一种基于定容内弹道的自适应底座试验技术.该试验技术通过缩比初容室及燃气发生器组合,模拟发射装置冷弹射过程中初容室内弹道,进而测得自适应底座动态压力载荷.从理论分析及试验两方面获得定容内弹道曲线,并同真实弹射内弹道曲线进行对比,结果表明:两种曲线结构相近,模拟峰值偏差不大于5%,试验测得的自适应底座附加载荷正确,试验技术可行.基于定容内弹道的自适应底座试验技术成本低,操作步骤简便,可应用于气囊、尾罩等动态加载试验技术,具有较高的实用价值.%Adapting base is the main load-carrying part of the canister in the missile launching platform. The full scale ballistic experiment wastes a great deal of money and resources as the adapting base loading experiment. So this research advanced a new test technology based on the interior ballistics with unchanged canister volume(IBUCV) model. This model simulates the interior ballistics performance using the scaled canister and the small rocket, and hunts the additional load on the canister. This research achieved the interior ballistics pressure-time curve through the theory and experiment methods, and compacted with the truth one. The result shows that two curve structures are close, windage of simulating peak value≤5%,and the additional load result is reasonable. The adapting base test technology based on the IBUCV model costs lowly, be operated easily and worthly be spread to the other experimental fields like air chamber and aft dome.
