发射设备备件配置研究

摘要

The configuration characteristics of launch equipment spare parts are introduced,which is followed by the analysis of the influencing factors of spare parts variety. By use of ABC classification method, the variety of spare parts is determined. The quantity of the spare parts is analyzed based on support ratio. In this paper, the quantity of the longevity obey exponential distribution and normal distribution components is calculated, providing reference for the configuration of launch equipment spare parts.%介绍发射设备备件配置的特点，分析影响发射设备备件品种的因素，基于ABC管理法确定备件品种；基于备件保障率分析备件数量，以发射设备寿命服从指数分布和正态分布的部件为例，计算备件数量，为实际工程中发射设备备件的配置提供参考。
