发射箱箱盖机构故障分析及解决措施

摘要

A failure occurs in the front cover mechanism of a launch canister for a certain model due to the impact force produced by the combustion-gas flow when launching. In this paper, by analyzing the structural principle of the front cover mechanism of such model as well as changes in the force of the combustion-gas flow on the canister at the moment when the missile comes out of the canister, solutions to such failure are proposed and the effectiveness of the solutions is validated through simulation calculation and testing method.%某型号发射箱箱盖机构在导弹发射时燃气流冲击力作用下造成箱盖机构故障，通过对该型箱盖机构的结构原理及导弹出箱瞬间燃气流对箱盖作用力的变化分析，提出解决故障的措施，并通过仿真计算及试验对解决措施进行了有效性验证。
