爆炸螺栓分离动力学仿真分析研究

     

摘要

为了避免爆炸螺栓分离解锁后引发高速冲击破坏及爆炸螺栓可能沿对接孔回弹的问题,在爆炸螺栓盒内设计挡片、弹簧片、缓冲块结构来降低爆炸螺栓盒受到的冲击,同时弹簧片上的耳片结构在爆炸螺栓回弹时对其卡滞防止爆炸螺栓突出分离面.采用ABAQUS显示动力学软件对爆炸螺栓通过弹簧片、最后撞击到缓冲块的过程进行动力学仿真分析,定量分析了挡片、弹簧片对爆炸螺栓冲击速度的影响,对冲击载荷下爆炸螺栓盒体强度进行评估,并开展爆炸螺栓收纳试验验证.结果表明:所设计的爆炸螺栓盒能够实现对爆炸螺栓的有效收纳,其盒体结构强度能够满足冲击载荷下的使用要求.%In order to avoid the damage brought by high speed shock and the interference brought by rebound of the explosive bolt after separating, a baffle, a flake spring and a bumper block are introduced into the explosive bolt box to depress the high speed shock. The flake spring uses two ears to baffle the explosive bolt so that it cannot protrude the separation interface. The total process of the explosive bolt passing through the flake spring and striking the cushion block is simulated dynamically with ABAQUS. The impact of the baffle and the flake spring on the shock speed of the explosive bolt is analyzed quantitatively. The strength of the box under the shocking load is evaluated. And the capture experiment is carried on. The results show that the explosive bolt box can capture the strong shocking explosive bolt in effectively, and the structure strength of the box can satisfy the needs under the shocking load.
