矿工不安全行为多层次模型及SD仿真研究

         

摘要

为研究矿工的不安全行为产生系统的内在作用关系,将HFACS引用到煤矿不安全行为研究中,构建了矿工不安全行为多层次因素模型,并以该模型为依据,运用系统动力学原理,构建了矿工不安全行为系统动力学( SD)仿真模型. 运用Vensim软件对矿工不安全行为进行了SD仿真模拟实验分析,研究结果表明:矿工不安全行为的产生经过4个层次,分别是组织决策、监督管理、不安全行为产生的前提条件、不安全行为,而组织层的安全状态则是根源因素;在相同的作用条件下,组织层安全状态对不安全行为的作用效果最为显著. 该研究可为煤矿进行矿工不安全行为控制,预防人因事故提供新的方法和思路.%In order to study the inner effect relationship of the miners' unsafe behavior producing system, HFACS was introduced into the study of the miners ' unsafe behaviors and a multilevel factor model of the miners ' unsafe behavior was established. Based on this multilevel factor model and by using the principle of system dynamics, a system dynamics ( SD) simulation model of the miners' unsafe behaviors was then built. SD simulation experiment and analysis were made on the miners' unsafe behaviors by using Vensim software. Study results showed that the generation of the miners' unsafe behaviors went through four levels, including the organization decision-making, the supervision and management, the premise conditions for the generation of the miners' unsafe behaviors and the unsafe behaviors, the safety status of the organization level was the root factor;under the same condition of the system, the safety status of the organization level had the most significant effect on the miners' unsafe behavior. This research can provide a new method and thought for the control of the miners ' unsafe behaviors and the prevention of the human-factors' accidents.
