近距离煤层同采下位厚煤层片帮原因分析及防治对策

         

摘要

为了解决山西某矿近距离煤层同采工作面10201工作面压力大、片帮冒顶的问题,通过分析上、下煤层同采过程中,上煤层开采产生的老顶压力、底板破坏和层间应力作用对下位厚煤层片帮的影响,得出10201工作面片帮冒顶的根本原因是上煤层工作面开采对底板破坏延伸到了10号煤层和2个工作面间的错距不合理。通过将两工作面错距调整为40 m,采用增加煤壁强度,提高支架初撑力,及时支护等综合防治措施,10201工作面来压缓和,片帮冒顶现象明显减少,取得了良好的效果。%In order to solve the problems of high ground pressure, rib fall and roof caving in 10201 working face by simultaneous mining in contiguous seams in a mine in Shanxi Province, analysis was made on the effect of the main roof pressure, floor failure and interlayer stress produced in the mining process of the overlying seam upon the rib fall of the lower thick seam, it was concluded that the basic causes of rib fall in 10201 working face were the roof failure extended to No. 10 seam due to the mining of the overlying seam and unreasonable staggered distance between two working faces. For this purpose, comprehensive control measures were taken, including adjusting the staggered distance between two working faces to 40 m, increasing the coal wall strength, improving the setting load of support, prompting support and so on, as s result, the weighting of 10201 working face tended to moderate, rib fall reduced significantly and good effect was achieved.
