基于SEM的煤矿员工安全风险成因耦合模型

         

摘要

In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, it is necessary to explore and clarify the formation mechanism of coal mine employees' safety risk. In this paper, coupling simulation was conducted on the formation causes of coal mine safety risk and analysis was made on the coupling path of the homogenous index and heterogeneous index by taking formation causes of the coal mine accidents as the research angle and using the structural equation model ( SEM ) . By collecting the case data of coal mines, the coupling degree of the formation causes of coal mine safety risk was verified and the maximum influence index of the coupling degree was discriminated. The research results showed that under the dual coupling effect of coal mine safety risk, the risk caused by the operating environment coupling of the coal mine was the most significant. Accordingly, the coal mining enterprises should strengthen safety management and reduce the coupling degree of objective factors so as to reverse the present situation of the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents.%为有效降低矿难事故发生率,亟需探究和明晰煤矿员工安全风险的形成机理.以煤矿事故成因为研究视角,借助结构方程模型(SEM)进行煤矿安全风险成因耦合仿真,解析同质指标与异质指标的耦合路径.采集案例煤矿数据,验证煤矿安全风险成因的耦合度,甄别出耦合程度最大的影响指标.研究结果表明,在煤矿安全风险成因的双重耦合作用下,与煤矿作业环境耦合引起的风险最显著.据此指出,煤矿企业需要夯实安全管理,以降低客观因素的耦合程度,扭转矿难事故多发的现状.
