新型煤化工煤粉环境着火爆炸危险分析及防治方法探讨

摘要

以新型煤化工煤粉制备系统为基础,以煤粉自燃爆炸基础理论为指导,结合企业内部涉及煤粉制备系统专项检查及现场实际情况,分析辨识了煤粉制备过程中可能存在的煤粉着火爆炸风险,并提出控制煤粉爆炸着火的重点环节及相关技术措施,用以解决我国新型煤化工煤粉制备系统着火爆炸的安全隐患,对煤化工行业煤粉自燃、爆炸等灾害防治具有一定的借鉴作用.%This paper analyzed the possible ignition and explosion risk in the process of coal powder preparation by taking the coal powder preparation system used in the new coal chemical industry as the base and the basic theory of coal powder ignition and explosion as the guidance and according to the special inspection of the coal powder preparation system in the enterprise and the actual site situation, put forward the key links and relevant technical measures for controlling coal powder ignition and explosion, which can be used to solve the ignition and explosion problems in the coal powder preparation system used in the new coal chemical industry, so it has a certain reference function for the prevention and control of coal powder ignition and explosion in coal chemical industry.
