高抽巷合理位置的数值模拟及应用效果分析

         

摘要

针对工作面瓦斯涌出量大、上隅角瓦斯浓度高的难题,在对采空区覆岩移动规律及瓦斯运移规律分析的基础上,通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场应用,对高抽巷与煤层顶板不同高度、与回风巷不同平距条件下,抽放瓦斯效果进行研究,结果表明:与煤层顶板高度取20 m、与回风巷平距取14 m时为高抽巷合理布置位置;现场抽放过程中瓦斯抽放率均在38.1%以上,瓦斯体积分数最高可达40.6%,平均为35.0%.研究结果稳定、可靠,能有效解决工作面及上隅角瓦斯超限问题,可为类似工程问题提供参考.%To counter the problems of large gas outflow in the working face and high gas concentration at the upper corner angle, study was carried out on the gas drainage effect under the conditions of different height of the high-location drainage roadway to the seam roof and different horizontal distance to the air-return way based on the analysis of the movement law of the overburden rock strata and gas migration regularity in the gob and through theoretical computation, numerical simulation and site application. The results showed that the reasonable layout of the high-location drainage roadway was 20 m height to the seam roof and 14 m horizontal distance to the air-return way; in the process of field application, the gas drainage rate was above 38. 1%, the highest gas drainage concentration was 40. 6%, with an average concentration of 35. 0%. The research results are stable and reliable, can effectively solve the gas overrun problems in the working face and at the upper corner angle and can also provide a reference for the similar engineering problems.
