在导致矿工不安全行为的心理因素中,情绪是一个非常重要的影响因素.对矿工不良情绪影响因素进行分析,得出矿工不良情绪影响因素指标体系.在相关理论基础上,通过问卷调查,得到5个煤矿的样本数据.采用SPSS19.0软件对问卷数据进行检验,提取出5个影响因素:环境因素、家庭因素、沟通交流、个人因素、组织管理,构建了矿工不良情绪影响因素概念模型.运用AMOS7.0软件对所提出的模型进行验证性分析,确定出矿工不良情绪影响因素结构方程模型.研究表明,对矿工不良情绪产生影响的程度排序为:环境因素>沟通交流>家庭因素>个人因素>组织管理.根据结构方程模型的影响因素提出了相关的对策措施.%In the psychological factors causing miners' unsafe behaviors, the emotion is a very important factor. In this paper analysis was carried out on the influence factors for miners' negative emotions, and the index system of the influence factors for miners' negative emotions was obtained. On the basis of relevant theories, the sample data of five mines were got with the questionnaire. The questionnaire data were verified by using SPSS19. 0 software , five influence factors were extracted, including the environmental factor, the family factor, the communication factor, the personal factor and the organization and management factor, and the conceptual model of the influence factors for miners' negative emotions was build. AMOS7. 0 software was used to validate the proposed model, and the structural equation model of the influence factors for miners ' negative emotion was determined. Research showed that the sorting of the influence degree of these factors for miners ' negative emotions was the environmental factor > the communication factor > the family factor > the personal factor > the organization and management factor. Finally, corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the influence factors of the structural model.
