特厚煤层综放工作面回采期间瓦斯抽采效果及分析

         

摘要

To aim at the gas control problem in the mining process of 5754502 working face in Wudong Coal Mine, analysis was made in this paper on the gas drainage by the buried pipes in the gob and the high-location boreholes along roof strike in the mining period of the face according to the actual gas drainage data. The results showed that the gas drainage by both the buried pipes in the gob and the high-location boreholes along roof strike can remarkably reduce the gas concentration in the air-return way and at the upper corner angle of the face, especially the gas drainage by buried pipes in the gob, it can make the gas in the face to be under effective control. Through the analysis on the length of the buried pipe in the gob, it was concluded that the reasonable depth of the buried pipe in the gob of 45# coal seam face should be 10 to 35 m, it should not be more than 35 m and not be more than 100 m at most so as to facilitate the fire control in the gob.%针对乌东煤矿5754502工作面回采期间瓦斯治理问题,根据井下实测瓦斯抽采数据对工作面回采期间采空区埋管抽采和顶板走向高位钻孔抽采情况进行分析,结果表明:采取采空区埋管和顶板走向高位钻孔进行瓦斯抽采能明显降低工作面回风巷及上隅角的瓦斯浓度,特别是采空区埋管抽采措施对工作面瓦斯治理效果显著.通过对采空区埋管长度进行分析,得出45#煤层工作面采空区埋管合理深度为10~35 m,建议尽量不要超过35 m,最多不能超过100 m,以利于控制采空区火灾.
