高压喷雾参数优化及应用研究

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the influence factors of dust removal efficiency by water spray, deep research was carried out on some key factors influencing the dust removal efficiency by water spray, including the spray pressure, the spray density, the particle size and so on. Combined with the dust generation characteristics and air speed in 3604 fully mechanized coal face in Donglin Mine and through the reasonable layout of water spraying system and the optimized design of the spray parameters, the removal efficiency of the total dust and respirable dust at the driver position of the shearer was all up to 93% or more and the environment of the working face was greatly improved.%在分析喷雾降尘效率影响因素的基础上,深入研究了喷雾压力、喷雾密度、雾粒粒径等影响喷雾降尘效果的关键因素,并结合东林煤矿3604综采工作面产尘特点和风速条件,通过合理布置喷雾降尘系统,优化设计喷雾参数,使采煤机司机位置总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率均达93%以上,工作面作业环境得到较大改善.
