薄基岩浅埋煤层开采覆岩移动演化规律分析

         

摘要

To aim at the problem that the dynamic disaster is liable to occur in the working face of the shallow seam with thin bedrock while the mining of the coal seam passing over the gully terrain, study was carried out on the movement law of the overlying strata, the water inrush and sand burst occurred in the mining process of 22206 working face passing over the gully terrain in Halagou Mine of Shendong Coal Mining Area by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results showed that the first weighting distance of 22206 working face was 60 m and the dynamic pressure phenomenon of the first weighting was obvious;the strata behaviors in the uphill section from the working face to the gully terrain was most severe. Analysis was made on the development characteristics and plastic distribution of joints in the mining process, it was suggested that the prevention and control of the water inrush and sand burst in the working face should take the range of the cutting and caving zone corresponding to the open-off cut location at 75° break angle as the key prevention and control region.%针对薄基岩浅埋煤层过沟谷地形开采时工作面易引发动压灾害的问题,通过理论分析并结合数值模拟,对神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿22206工作面过沟谷开采过程中覆岩移动演化规律及引发的突水溃沙现象进行了研究,结果表明:22206工作面初次来压步距为60 m,初次来压时动压现象明显;工作面至沟谷地形上坡段矿压显现最为剧烈.分析了采动过程中节理的发育特征及塑性区分布情况,提出工作面开采突水溃沙治理应以切眼处呈75°破断角位置对应的切落垮落带范围为重点治理区域.
