XP-100型盘辊式破碎机碾压盘的应力分析与结构优化

         

摘要

The finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation is used to analyze the stress of the pulverizing plate of XP-100 plate-rolling crusher, and the stress pattern and safety coefficient pattern are obtained.Based on the analysis results, the structural optimization of the pulverizing plate is carried out, and a structural improvement scheme is proposed.On the premise of ensuring the stress strength of the pulverizing plate, the obvious optimization effects are obtained with the mass obviously decreasing.The structural improvement has been verified in practical production.%运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对XP-100型新型盘辊式破碎机的碾压盘进行了应力分析,得出其应力和安全系数图解.据此分析结果,对碾压盘进行结构优化,提出了碾压盘的结构改进方案.在满足应力强度的条件下,碾压盘的质量明显减小,优化结果显著,并在实际生产应用中得到了验证.
