基于SolidWorks与ANSYS的挖掘机动臂有限元分析

         

摘要

使用SolidWorks对挖掘机动臂进行三维实体建模,然后通过SolidWorks与ANSYS的接口导入ANSYS中,利用ANSYS对动臂进行了强度、刚度及模态分析,得到相应的应力、位移和振型图,为挖掘机动臂的设计和改进提供了理论依据。%3D solid model of the moving arm of an excavator was established first by using SolidWorks,and then imported into ANSYS through the interface of SolidWorks and ANSYS.In addition,ANSYS was used to carry out the strength,stiffness and modal analysis of the moving arm,and corresponding stress contours,displacement contours and vibration modes were obtained,which offered theoretical references for the design and improvement of the moving arm of the excavator.
