基于LabVIEW的摩擦衬垫因数自动测试系统

         

摘要

An automatic measuring system for the friction coefficient of lining based on LabVIEW was introduced.After the measuring principle being analyzed,the general design scheme of the automatic measuring system for the friction coefficient of lining was proposed.During the software design of the measuring system,absolute mean value method and adaptive threshold wavelet denoising technology were applied to process signals.At last,the friction coefficient of lining was tested,and the test data were analyzed.The results showed that the system could complete the designed functions and offer guidance for reliable design of the hoist.%主要介绍了基于LabVIEW的摩擦衬垫因数自动测试系统.首先对测试原理进行分析,在此基础上提出了摩擦衬垫因数自动测试系统设计的总体方案.在测试系统的软件设计中,采用绝对均值法和自适应阈值小波消噪技术处理信号.最后对摩擦衬垫因数进行测试试验,并对试验中的数据进行分析.结果表明,该系统能够完成所设计的功能,为提升机的可靠性设计提供重要参数.
