特大型矿井主斜井带式输送机改造设计方案探讨

         

摘要

Taking the engineering reconstruction of the belt conveyor in main inclined shaft of No.1 mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group as the example,the paper introduced the operation parameters of equipments and the basic principle of the reconstruction,and offered four reconstruction schemes according to the ratio of belt velocity to motor power so as to satisfy the demand of peak throughput in mine.And then,it analyzed the influence of such factors as the electromechanical equipment,civil structure and engineering task during reconstruction process,compared advantages and disadvantages of various schemes,and determined the optimal reconstruction scheme.Finally,the paper concluded main experiences during solution of similar problems.%以平朔井工一矿主斜井带式输送机工程改造为例,介绍了设备运行参数及改造的基本原则,根据矿井峰值输送量要求,按不同带速和电动机功率配比情况提出4种主要改造方案,针对各方案详细分析了改造过程中的机电设备、土建结构及工程量等因素影响,对比其优缺点,并确定最优改造方案,最后总结了解决类似问题的主要经验.
