To reduce hydrogen sulfide gas generated by traditional hydrometallurgical leaching of sulphureous manganese carbonate ore, a novel two⁃ore method, namely, a combined leaching technology of manganese carbonate and pyrolusite was introduced. These two low⁃grade manganese ores can be thoroughly leached with mass ratio of two ores at 2∶1, sulphuric acid concentration of 0.5 mol/L, pulp density at 75 g/L, leaching time of 1 h and agitation rate of 300 r/min, leading to the hydrogen sulfide output reduced to 2.14 mg per gram of manganese carbonate.%针对含硫碳酸锰矿湿法浸出过程中产生大量硫化氢废气的问题,采用含硫碳酸锰矿和软锰矿新两矿法联合浸出工艺。较优工艺浸出条件为:两矿比2∶1,硫酸浓度0.5 mol/L,矿浆浓度75 g/L,浸出时间1 h,搅拌速率300 r/min。在此条件下,锰可以完全浸出,硫化氢产生量为2.14 mg/g。
