多孔金属膜在锌液净化中的应用研究

         

摘要

Porous metal membrane was adopted as a new⁃type of filtering medium in the continuous purification process of zinc solution, for purifying a kind of neutral leachate from a zinc smelting plant. Result showed such method led to a large filtration flux. The solution after 2⁃stage purification can be used directly for electrodeposition, resulting in the consumption of zinc powder reduced by 40%. The produced electrodeposited zinc has met the purity of 0# zinc ingot standard, and has current efficiency increased by more than 5 percentage points as compared to the zinc solution coming from traditional 4⁃stage purification. This technique, being characterized by short process and good purification result, is expected to be applied in the commercial zinc production.%采用多孔金属膜作为过滤介质,结合锌液连续净化工艺,对某冶炼厂的中性浸出液进行了净化试验。结果表明,溶液过滤通量大,经2段净化后即可用于电积,同时可节约还原锌粉40%,电积锌纯度达到0号锌标准,电流效率比采用传统的4段净化得到的锌液高5个百分点以上。本工艺具有流程短、净化效果好的优点,可望在工业生产中得到应用。
