为了提高某铜选矿厂选矿水的循环利用率,研究了尾矿絮凝沉降特征。用沉降速率及澄清液的浊度作为絮凝沉降的评价指标,探讨了CPAM、APAM、NPAM及pH值对沉降效果的影响。结果表明,PAM与石灰联合使用可以加快沉降速度,降低澄清液浊度,CPAM较APAM、NPAM沉降效果好。 CPAM用量为15 g/t,pH=8,静置2 h,澄清液的浊度为30 NTU。%In order to improve recycling of processing water in a copper concentrator, flocculating settling characteristics of the tailings were studied. With settling velocity and clarified liquid turbidity as indices, influences of cationic polyacrylamide (PAM), anionic PAM, non⁃ionic PAM and pulp pH value on settling effect were investigated. The results show that in combination with lime, PAM can accelerate the settling and reduce the turbidity, and cationic PAM performs better than anionic and nonionic PAM. With the dosage of cationic PAM at 15 g/t, pulp pH value at 8, the clarified liquid turbidity can be reduced to 30 NTU in 2 h.
