EDTA辅助的EG/水混合溶剂热反应合成t-LaVO4∶Eu3+纳米棒

         

摘要

Zircon⁃type LaVO4∶Eu3+ nanorods were successfully synthesized by solvothermal process with EG/water at volume ratio of 1/12 as solvent and EDTA as template. The samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM and PL test. The result showed that the nanorods featured uniform size, high crystallinity, smooth surface and large aspect ratio. The nanorod grew along [001] crystal orientation. EDTA could regulate the phase of products and induce the growth of nanocrystals. Meanwhile, adding a small amount of EG greatly enhanced the induce ability of EDTA template and improved the morphology of products. The fluorimetry results showed that the most intense emission peak was that of the red light narrow band caused by 5 D0→7 F2 electric dipole transition of Eu3+ in t⁃LaVO4 ∶5%Eu3+. The relative intensity of two emission peaks at 615 nm and 620 nm was closely related to the orientated growth of nanorod along [001] direction.%以体积比1/12的EG/水为溶剂,EDTA为模板剂,通过溶剂热反应合成了四方锆石型( t⁃) LaVO4纳米棒。运用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM、PL等手段对样品进行了表征,结果表明,纳米棒具有尺寸均匀、结晶度高、表面光滑平整、长径比高等特点;纳米棒沿[001]方向定向生长,EDTA具有调控产物物相及介导纳米晶生长的作用,同时通过加入少量EG,大大增强了EDTA的模板导向能力,改善了产物形貌。荧光测试结果表明,t⁃LaVO4∶5%Eu3+中Eu3+的5 D0→7 F2电偶极跃迁引起的红光窄带发射峰强度最大,其在615 nm与620 nm处劈裂峰的相对强度与纳米棒在[001]方向的定向生长密切相关。
