Based on process mineralogy study and comparative beneficiation tests of multiple flowsheets, an applicable flowsheet is proposed to treat Yuanjiacun refractory iron ore. A process flowsheet consisting of a wet preconcentration of coarse grains, two stages of grinding, two stages of low intensity magnetic separation ( LIMS) , a reverse flotation, and a regrinding⁃LIMS of flotation tailings with the LIMS concentrate returned to the flotation process, resulted in an iron concentrate with a yield of 30.19%, a TFe grade of 69.13% and a TFe recovery of 69.45%.%在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过选矿多流程对比试验研究,提出了适合太钢袁家村难选铁矿石的选矿工艺流程。采用粗粒湿式预选⁃两段阶磨⁃两段弱磁选⁃反浮选⁃浮尾再磨弱磁精返浮选流程可以得到精矿产率30.19%、TFe品位69.13%、回收率69.45%的指标。
