Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of tension-free repair treatment of inguinal hernia no use of antibiotics in the perioperative period. Methods The same including standards and double-blind randomized control study were carried out to compare the postoperative hospital stay and condition of operative incision in 59 patients who underwent tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia from February 2011 to October 2011. Among them, 29 patients without use of antibiotics were included in study group, and 30 patients who use of antibiotics were included in control group. Results All cases were cured completely. Compared with the control group, postoperative hospital stay was not significantly different between the two groups (P >0.05). Postoperative follow-up from 5 to 15 days, 3 cases lost to follow-up, 1 case appear fat liquefaction and surgical site infection in incision for per group, and are cured by change a medical prescription at outpatient department (P > 0.05) were not significantly different between the two groups. Operative incision class A healing were 27 cases vs 28 cases (P > 0.05) and were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion It is safety and feasible fortension-free hernia repair treatment inguinal hernia which may not use of antibiotics in the perioperative period, but should pay attention to the choice of case.%目的 探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝在围术期不使用抗生素的可行性和安全性.方法 采用统一入组标准,同期临床对比研究方法,对应用无张力疝修补术治疗59例腹股沟疝临床资料进行分析,其中以围术期未使用抗生素29例作为观察组,在围术期常规使用抗生素30例作为对照组,比较术后住院时间及手术切口愈合情况.结果 两组病例全部治愈,观察组术后住院时间为(3.41±0.94)d,对照组术后住院时间为(3.27±0.68)d,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；术后5～15d随访,3例失访,观察组和对照组出现切口脂肪液化各1例,出现切口局部感染(surgical site infection,SSI)各1例,经门诊换药治疗后治愈,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组手术切口甲级愈合为27例,对照组手术切口甲级愈合为28例,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝在围术期不使用抗生素是安全可行的,但应注意病例的选择.
