摘要

设计了一种高速涡轮冷却风扇系统,是基于专用三相永磁无刷直流电动机和涡轮风扇的组合,其结构独特,控制系统和电机本体与涡轮风扇有效集于一体,控制方法灵活简单,实现了调速、过流、过压、运转检测等功能,具有低功耗,安全、可靠,便于大批量生产制造,尤其适用于服务器、特种电源及其它需要特殊散热冷却的电子设备中.%This kind of high speed turbine cooling fan motor is three-phase permanent magnetism DC brushless motor and the turbine fan based on the special-purpose combination, its structure is unique, the control circuit and motor and turbine-fan were syncretic, control method simple agile, which reached the functions such as the velocity modulation, the over current, over voltage protection, and auto-checking. with the low power, the safe & reliable, it is advantageous for the mass-production to be made, especially is suitable in the server, special power and electronic installation which needs to radiate specially cooling.
