高性能伺服系统编码器解码系统设计与实现

         

摘要

在伺服电机中安装了海德汉公司ECN1313光电编码器,设计了基于Endat2.2协议的串行外设(SPI)接口解码系统及软件实现方法,并将该方法应用于高端印刷机永磁同步电机伺服系统中.实验结果和现场应用情况表明,与传统的FPGA等解码系统比较,该系统结构简单、运行可靠,为伺服系统位置采样提供了一个更好的解决方案.%In virtue of the ECN1313 optical encoder developed by Heidenhain company in the servo motor, this paper designed a serial peripheral interface (SPI) decoding system and software implementation based on the Endat2. 2 bidirectional synchronous-serial protocol. This method was applied in the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system for high-end printing machinery. According to experimental results and field application, compared with the traditional FPGA, the system is simple structure, reliable operation and location of sampling and provides a better solution for the servo system.
