基于PLC的涡轮增压器试验台计算机测控系统研究

摘要

介绍了一种基于数字显示仪表和计算机组态软件的发动机涡轮增压器性能测试系统,通过电气系统控制液压气动系统,实现了系测试台统的功能.通过对试验结果的分析表明:测试台工作正常,实验数据合理.该测试台对涡轮增压器的研制和开发有着重要作用.%This paper introduces an engine turbocharger performance test system based on digital-displayed meter and computer configuration software.By controlling the hydraulic system using the pneumatic system,it achieved the functions of the test bench system.The analysis of the test results showed that:the test bench works normally,the experimental data is reasonable.The test bench has an important role in the research and development of turbochargers.
