通钢3号高炉热风炉设计与高风温应用实践

         

摘要

对通钢3号高炉热风炉设计与高风温生产应用实践进行了总结.通过采用助燃空气高温预热、高炉煤气低温预热、无过热低应力管系设计等先进技术,高炉投产后加强热风炉和送风管系管理,逐步提高风温使用水平,高炉投产一年半后,使用全高炉煤气高炉热风温度达到1 255℃,创造行业领先水平.%The hot blast furnace design of No.3 blast furnace and high temperature production practices are summarized. By using the combustion air preheat temperature, blast furnace gas low temperature preheating, no overheating low stress pipe system design and other advanced technology; blast furnace production to strengthen the hot blast stove and air supply pipe system management, and gradually increase the air temperature level, blast furnace put into operation one year after, using full blast furnace gas of blast furnace hot blast temperature breakthrough to 1255 ℃,which creating industry leading level.
