两流板坯连铸中间包控流装置物理模拟优化研究

         

摘要

The physical model of 1:3 was established based on the similarity theory. The orthogonal experiments were carried out using the orthogonal table L9(34) to optimize the tundish structure, and the effects of dam, weir and turbulence inhibitor on the flow field in the tundish were investigated. The research results showed that the structure of turbulence inhibitor, the high of dame, and the space between dam and weir was the key factor influencing the flow field. After optimization, the flow field in tundish is more reasonable, the volume fraction of dead zone was decreased, and the volume fraction of piston zone was increased.%依据相似原理,建立1:3的物理模拟模型,选取标准正交表L9(34)设计试验方案,考察挡渣堰、导流坝和湍流控制器组合控流装置对中间包流场的影响,优化板坯连铸中间包控流装置。研究结果表明,湍流控制器结构、导流坝高度,以及堰、坝间距对中间包流场影响较大。优化后的中间包流场趋于合理,死区体积减小,活塞流体积增大,有利于中间包冶金效果的发挥。
