圆股钢丝绳结构设计软件主要计算模型及分析

摘要

Calculation model used in round wire rope structure design was not suitable for all state and design phase.Round wire rope design software development should begin from analyzing wire rope structure rule and design flow,systematically plan product range of software coverage and calculation model.The calculation model of parameters such as lay coefficient,wire matching proportion,gap,elliptical location,compaction degree was analyzed.It was put forward that parameters,algorithm or modules configuration,application scope,usage method suggestion related in software.%圆股钢丝绳结构设计中使用的计算模型不能适用于所有的状态和设计阶段.开发圆股钢丝绳设计软件应从分析钢丝绳结构规律和设计流程入手,系统规划软件覆盖的产品范围和所需计算模型;对捻制系数、配丝比例、间隙、椭圆定位、压实度等参数的计算模型进行分析;提出软件中可能涉及的参数、算法或模块的配置、适用范围、使用方式建议.
