新型燃原煤工业球团竖炉

摘要

The structure,principle and technological process of a new type vertical industrial pellet roasting kiln burning raw coal that was first used by Miaogou Iron Mine are presented.Heat flue gas generating furnace with sulphizing bed which is the key equipment and its organic integration with 8m2 vertical industrial furnace are highlighted.As a result,a new way for the iron mines where there is no coal gas to produce oxide pellet in a way of direct raw coal burning has been found.%介绍了庙沟铁矿首创的新型燃原煤工业球团竖炉的构造、原理及工艺过程，重点介绍了其中的关键设备硫化床垫烟气发生炉，以及它和8 m2工业竖炉的有机结合。它为没有煤气的铁矿山以直接燃原煤的形式生产氧化球团矿探索了新途径。
