协同学理论在公立医院改革中的应用探讨

摘要

协同学是一门研究复杂开放的系统,从无序到有序演化规律的新兴综合性理论,其理论已被广泛应用到自然科学与社会科学的各个领域.公立医院改革符合协同学研究对象的要求,将协同学的理论和方法应用到我国公立医院改革,将为改革提供新的思路.协同学理论应用将推进公立医院监管协同机制的建立,为“政事分开”提供理论依据,并为区域卫生规划工作的制定提供工作指导.%Synergetics is an emerging and comprehensive theory on the evolution of complex and open system from disorder to order, which has been applied in many fields of natural and social sciences. Public hospital reform complies with the requirement of Synergetics' research objects, and applied in public hospital reform in China, Synergetics could provide new ideas for it. The application of Synergetics could promote the construction of public hospital's regulatory coordination mechanism, provide the theoretical basis for separation of functions of government agencies and public institutions, and guide the development of regional health planning.
