China has unorganized channels of rural medicine supply, a low overall quality of personnel in medicine sectors, relatively high drug prices, insufficient medicine reserve and inefficient supervision. It is suggested to strengthen the qualification examination and approval of medicine network, to improve the medicine distribution initiative of rural primary health care institutions, to promote the combination of the rural medicine network and the new rural cooperative medical insurance, and to better the electronic network monitoring system in rural area.%我国农村药品供应网药品供应渠道混乱,涉药人员整体素质较低、药品价格偏高、基层医疗机构药品储备条件差及农村药品供应网的监管力量薄弱.建议提高基层涉药网点的资质审批标准,提高农村基层医疗机构对药品集中配送的积极性,促进农村药品两网建设与新农合有效结合,完善农村电子网络监管系统.
