6σ管理法在门诊处方管理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To reduce the error rate of electronic prescription and improve the quality of outpatient electronic prescription. Methods: The five procedures of Six -Sigma, defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling were fully applied to solve the problems of errors of outpatient electronic prescription. Results: The error rate of outpatient electronic prescription in the first, second and third month were 0.1348%, 0.1013%, 0.0253% respectively, and the significant difference existed in the error rate in the second month after the implementation of Six-Sigma management. Conclusion: Six-Sigma management is an effective method to analyze the error and improve the quality of outpatient electronic prescription.%为提高患者满意度,降低门诊处方差错率,确保门诊处方质量.笔者采用6σ管理法改进模型,即D(定义)、M(评估)、A(分析)、I(改进)、C(控制)对门诊处方差错进行“诊断”和干预.通过对6σ管理法实施前后2月的处方差错率进行比较,其差错率分别为0.1348%、0.1013%、0.0253%,而6σ管理法实施后2月改进效果明显.因此,应用6σ管理法对门诊处方差错原因进行分析和干预,可以有效地提高门诊处方质量.
