Objective:To know about the situation of increment incentives of human capital in Xiangyang public hospitals. Methods: On site investigations and interviews with public hospital staff in Xiangyang. Rusults: Public hospital managers did not pay enough attention to staffs' health care; the form of training could not meet the staffs' needs; the building of study-group were not implemented; the hospital staff were not satisfied with the incentive mechanism. Conclusions: Hospital should enhance the health care for staff, attach importance to training, improve the organizational learning and set up efficient motivate system.%目的:了解襄阳市公立医院人力资本增值激励现状.方法:对襄阳市公立医院进行现场调查和访谈.结果:调查发现襄阳市公立医院对员工的医疗保健重视程度不够,医院培训形式不能满足员工需求,医院学习型组织建设有待加强,员工对医院的激励机制满意度较低.结论:医院应加强员工的医疗保健,重视员工培训,完善学习型组织建设,建立有效的激励机制.
