河南省4个项目县艾滋病流行病学特征分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic characteristics in 4 counties of Henan Province, and put forward a scientific basis for controlling the transmission of HIV/AIDS. Methods: According to the continuous data of HIV/ AIDS surveillance, excel database was established and comprehensive analysis of data were performed. Results: From 1995 to 2010 there were 14190 cases were confirmed and reported HIV positive, 12526 were AIDS patients and 3427 persons died of HIV/AIDS, and the ratio of male to female was 1.05. The age between 30 to 49 years old accounted for 71.69% of all the HIV infections. The proportion of heterosexual transmission was significantly increasing in recent years. Conclusion: The HIV/AIDS transmission route has been changing, and the education and behavior intervention measures should be strengthened to prevent and control epidemic further transmission.%目的:对河南省4个项目县艾滋病流行特征进行分析,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据.方法:根据艾滋病高发区4个项目县历年艾滋病病毒感染者和患者数据库资料进行流行病学分析.结果:4个项目县1995-2010累计报告确认HIV感染者14190人,其中AIDS现症患者12526人,报告死亡3427人,男女性比值是1.05;主要集中在30-49岁年龄段的青壮年,占全部病例的71.69％;而性传播比例逐年增加.结论:HIV/AIDS的传播途径正在发生变化,提示应继续加强高危人群的教育和行为干预,控制艾滋病的流行.
