Objective: To study the relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional management ability among college students. Methods: 188 medical students were investigated by "emotional intelligence questionnaire" and "emotional management ability questionnaire". The data were analyzed with statistical method. Result: There was no significant difference in medical students' emotional intelligence in sex. Medical students' emotional management ability was affected by health, interests and initiative of taking part in activities. There was positive correlation between emotional intelligence and emotional management skills. Thought promotion, emotional regulation and emotional perception contributed to emotional management ability notably. Conclusion: Medical college students' emotional intelligence affects their emotional management ability.%目的:探讨医学院校大学生的情绪管理能力与情绪智力之间的关系.方法:采用<大学生情绪智力问卷>和<大学生情绪管理能力问卷>对188名医学院校大学生进行调查,对结果进行统计分析.结果:医学院校大学生情绪智力的性别差异不显著;医学院校大学生情绪管理能力与健康状况、兴趣爱好的多少以及对各种活动的参与积极性等因素有关;医学院校大学生情绪智力与情绪管理能力呈正相关,其中,促进思维、情绪调控和情绪知觉对情绪管理能力回归达到显著水平.结论:医学院校大学生情绪智力会影响其情绪管理能力.
