实施基本药物制度对社区卫生服务中心的影响

摘要

By sampling and interviewing the community health service centers which have implemented the basic medicine system,to acquire information of the influence of basic medicine system on community health service centers.The recults indicates that the basic medicine system could release the medicine burden of the residents. However. during the implementation,there exist problems of excluding basic medicine by both doctors and patients,community medicine could not fully satisfy the actual demand of the residents and the proper functioning of community health service centers.We advice the govemment promoting the propaganda and training of the basic medicine system and make sure the implement of the policies.%通过对武汉市已实施基本药物制度的社区卫生服务中心抽样调查访谈,了解实施基本药物制度对社区卫生服务中心的影响.结果表明基本药物制度能够缓解居民的用药负担.但在实施过程中,存在医患双方排斥基本药物、社区药品无法满足城市居民实际用药需求、社区中心难以为继的问题.建议加强有关基本药物制度的宣传培训,及时落实基本药物制度的配套政策.
