护理临床教学中患者隐私权的保护

摘要

During nursing clinical practice, patient's privacy is often violated. However, there is no definite legal regulations to protect patient's right of privacy. It leads to the conflict between the protection of patient's privacy and nursing clinical pracrice. The behaviors which violated patient's right of privacy are analyzed in the article and suggestions from the legal and educational perspective are provided%在护理临床教学中,容易发生侵犯患者隐私权的情形,但是我国法律未对患者隐私权的保护做出具体明确的规定,患者隐私权保护和护理专业学生临床学习之间产生了冲突.本文分析了护理临床教学中侵犯患者隐私权行为的具体形态,从法律层面和学校教育层面提出保护患者隐私权的建议.
