武汉城市圈医疗资源及利用现状分析

摘要

Objective: To understand and analyze utilization of medical resources in Wuhan Metropolis Circle to provide a theoretical basis for establishing the integration of health services.Methods: Descriptive statistical method and data envelopment analysis were used to study Wuhan metropolis circle's medical resources and its utilization in 2009.Results: The resources were not distributed homogeneously.In Wuhan medical resources were distinct superior, and some areas in this metropolis circle still got low utilization ratio.Conclusions: Optimization of medical resources distribution in the metropolis circle must be strengthened and the resources must be shared with medical services.%目的:了解和分析武汉城市圈医疗资源的利用状况,为建立武汉城市圈医疗卫生服务一体化提供理论依据.方法:对2009年武汉城市圈的医疗资源及利用现状进行描述性统计和数据包络分析.结果:武汉城市圈资源分布不均衡,武汉医疗资源优势明显,圈内部分地区资源利用效率不高.结论:强化武汉城市圈医疗资源优化配置,实现资源和医疗服务共享.
