目的:了解社区卫生服务工作人员满意度情况并探讨原因,提出相应的对策建议.方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对泉州市4所社区卫生服务中心工作人员进行调查,同时对中心负责人进行访谈.结果:调查的93名社区工作人员对社区的总体满意度不高,在工作报酬和福利待遇上表示不满意的人数较多(占22.58%),并且影响了员工的工作稳定性.结论:针对现存的问题,提出了健全社区卫生服务队伍,建立绩效考评制度;改善工资待遇,引入柔性管理理论,提高工作人员的满意度;加强团队协作的对策建议.%ObjectIve: To investigate the satisfaction of community health service centers (CHSC) staff and make some suggestions.Methods: Interviews were conducted with the department head and questionnaire surveys were undertaken on the administrative staff in four CHSC.Results: Community health service staffs were dissatisfied with the CHSC works; most ofthem were dissatis fied with the remuneration and benefits which significant influence on work stability.Conclusions: In order to resolve the problems, we should improve community health service teams, establish performance appraisal system, improve the staffs' salaries and satisfaction adopt Flexible Management Theory;strengthen staffs' team cooperation and suggestion to the question in improve staffs' work satisfaction.
