在分析医院现代化建设的指导思想和意义的基础上,把医院现代化建设分为硬件建设与软件建设,阐述硬件建设与软件建设的辩证关系:硬件建设与软件建设相互依存,互为因果,且不可互相替代.医院现代化建设要重视硬件与软件建设发展不协调的问题,并提出硬件建设与软件建设同步协调发展的对策.%Under the scientific development concept, the hospital modernized construction compnses two interdependent aspects, the software construction and the hardware construction.Both the software and the hardware are the same important.Much attention should be paid to the disequilibrium between them, and some strategy are hereby discussed for coordinated development of these two parts.
